A spacious 550 sq ft of living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a full size convertible sofa, a bathroom with a walk in shower and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Quality linens and towels are provided. Will sleep up to 4 adults.

Rates: Summer/Fall (May-Nov)  $85/night ($595/week) plus tax and $75 cleaning fee
Winter/Spring (Dec-Apr)  $171/night ($1200/week) plus tax and $150 cleaning fee
